Saturday I headed to the canyon trail for a nice run. The weather was beautiful! A perfect day. I headed out with 6 miles in mind. I ended up doing 5.25. I was slow and heavy. My legs were tired. This running thing is not going so well. I am feeling a little discouraged.
This is simply a workout journal to help me keep track of where, when, and how things went for each of my workouts. Any suggestions, advice or encouragement you would like to offer is welcome! Enjoy!
