Well  .. just got back from a 9 day cruise.  I DID work out every single day. I did not miss one day of going to the gym.  I would run on the treadmill and I just have to say that running at sea level is a DREAM!  I could not believe how easy it was and how fast I could run.  I really should consider moving. ;)
Today ... 12 mile bike ride. (missed my bike!)  Pilates for one hour.

Hey Sar! Just found your new blog and I am very excited to follow it because I think it will motivate me. My girls LOVE our morning run/walks so it is easy to get out and do it but I am in the worst shape of my life so it's slow going getting ready for the 5K. Anyway, keep it up, you're awesome!!!
