Back to Pilates for the first time! It was a little tough I won't lie! My hips are so tight and I just felt weak. My legs feel like I just ran a race ... ugh, this is frustrating. I hope it comes back fast.
This is simply a workout journal to help me keep track of where, when, and how things went for each of my workouts. Any suggestions, advice or encouragement you would like to offer is welcome! Enjoy!
